Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Growth.ai website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

The legal entity name offering the Service has not yet been provided and is still being finalized.

Growth.ai is a software platform for church and ministry staff that tracks attendance, giving, and engagement signals and surfaces a weekly list of people who may need follow-up. It also includes Content Studio, which creates transcripts, video clips, and AI-written content from sermon video and audio an organization provides. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

The Service is intended for business use by church and ministry staff and administrators, not for personal, consumer use. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

If your organization uploads or connects congregation data (attendance, giving, or contact records) to the Service, your organization remains responsible for having the appropriate rights and consents to provide that data to us, including any consent needed from your congregation members. We process that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Text messaging (SMS) is not currently available in the Service and is planned only. See our SMS Consent & Terms page.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized messages, including SMS messages, to individuals who have not consented to receive them.

Growth.ai's real pricing and billing model (subscription tiers, billing processor, and trial terms) has not been verified and is still being finalized; fee terms are not described here and should not be invented.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

A specific liability cap (for example, fees paid in the prior 12 months) and exclusions (such as consequential or indirect damages) are not yet defined here. This is a legal and business risk decision that needs attorney input, and is still being finalized.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including data handling and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The governing-law jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process (courts vs. arbitration, venue) have not yet been chosen. These are real legal choices that need Tim's or an attorney's decision, and are still being finalized.
